Check sheets
A new revision keeps the same fill positions. A new kind of sheet is saved, but it can only be auto-filled once its fill positions are set up.
Load a check sheet
The revision is read from the file name; check it before loading.
Airlines monitored
For everyone. An added airline's flights come from the Brisbane Airport board and Flightradar24 (the ICAO code is needed for regos). Load its cover sheet and check sheets in “Load a check sheet”.
Automatic print package
On / off for everyone. The Print Package buttons always work.
Export records (Excel)
One row per flight: date, shift, flight, gate, rego, type, ATA, ATD, remark, LAME, AME. Records are kept for 1 year.
Backup & restore
Every Monday at 05:00 a backup is emailed to : the records Excel (all saved data, up to 1 year) and the app's files (.zip, with a guide to rebuild the app).
Puts back the records, crew, remarks, engine types, staff, airlines and settings from a backup file. Only what is missing is added, newer data is kept.
Failure log
Things that went wrong for anyone using the app (or the automatic 05:00 / 17:00 package): data that couldn't be loaded, websites that couldn't be reached, emails that didn't send. Newest first, kept 60 days.
